Site Assessment
We provide a thorough evaluation of the property, current building violations, and potential issues of concern. We assess the overall health and needs of the property and develop a customized schedule of recommended services.
Property Preservation
Upon the initial takeover of the property we perform the following: an overall assessment, vacant building registration, lock change, lock box (with access code), padlock, slide bolt (if necessary), and removal of all debris and unwanted items throughout. Lawn care and snow removal are provided when necessary.
Winterization
Weiss Properties, Inc. implements a thorough winterization plan ensuring preventive maintenance on plumbing and building systems; HVAC, boiler / mechanical, sump pump, radiant eat, and utilities. This service is imperative to maintain the property's condition and marketability.
Board Up/Secure
We ensure that the property is secured in compliance with local municipal ordinance/ building code. All entrances are secured, protecting the property form vagrants and other means of potential vandalism. Security gates and/or fencing are installed as needed.
